JOB PROFILE
Role and key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for providing specialized consulting services on cybersecurity topics in which the company has strong expertise and market presence, such as MDM/UEM assessments and subsequent configuration support, as well as support for security-by-design phases of web and mobile software.
The role also includes assisting the Information Security Management System (ISMS) lead in maintaining and improving ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 27015 certifications (the latter two are still to be obtained).
Job requirements
Experience in consulting on cybersecurity topics, related to operational or regulatory matters, and managing results through reports and technical/operational communications;
Proactive and positive approach towards clients;
Ability to communicate with clients effectively and formally on technical topics;
At least 12 months of experience in IT or cybersecurity consulting;
Italian at a minimum B2+ level, necessary for independently performing tasks with national clients.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Technical knowledge of mobile (app development, device rooting, malware analysis, etc.);
Knowledge of international standards for corporate security management (MITRE, NIST, ISO, OWASP, etc.);
Applied knowledge of offensive security (WAPT, CTF, etc.).

WORKING CONDITIONS AND OFFERINGS:
Bottom-up approach: each individual is responsible for their activities, and each manager is responsible for providing the necessary resources and expertise for the job;
Continuous and updated scheduling of activities for the following two weeks;
After an initial period of approximately 30-60 days on-site, remote work is possible (some on-site presence is required every month);
National Collective Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico), 13 monthly salaries;
Flexible hours within the 8-13 and 14-19 bands, with the requirement to be present during core hours from 9-12 and 15-17.
